We noticed that you haven’t updated your beneficiaries for Veterans’ Group Life Insurance (VGLI) in a while. Life changes and your beneficiary information should reflect those changes. It’s important to ensure that your beneficiary information is accurate, so benefits are paid according to your wishes. Reviewing this information annually is a good practice.
If you have a VGLI online account:

Go to myvgli.prudential.com.
- Sign into your account.
- Click the 'Beneficiary Information' tab at the top of the page to update your beneficiaries.
If you don't have a VGLI online account:

Go to myvgli.prudential.com.

First-time user? Click the ‘Register Now’ button to get started.

Complete the required fields to create your account.

Once your account is created, click the ‘Beneficiary Information’ tab at the top of the page to update your beneficiaries. You can also pay premiums, view coverage details, and chat online with a customer service professional.
Or, you can download this beneficiary form and email a completed copy to osgli.osgli@prudential.com, or mail the form to: The Prudential Insurance Company of America Office of Servicemembers’ Group Life Insurance, P.O. Box 41618, Philadelphia, PA 19176-1618, and keep a copy for your records.
