What is VERA?

Visitors seeking assistance from the Detroit Regional Office Public Contact Team are encouraged to schedule a virtual or in person appointment on the Visitor Engagement Reporting Application (VERA). VERA is a self service portal which allow visitors to schedule appointments.

Please use the below "Schedule Virtual Appointment" link to schedule an appointment. If you would like assistance from the Detroit Regional Office, please select "Michigan" and complete the required information.

PACT act/toxic exposure inquires
Filing a claim
General benefits questions & claim inquiries
