This communication announces the publication of VA Circular 26-23-6, Change 2 and notice that Loan Guaranty programs and operations will continue uninterrupted.

Purpose. To announce an update to the current VA funding fee rate table applicability dates to conform with the Senator Elizabeth Dole 21st Century Veterans Healthcare and Benefits Improvement Act, Public Law 118-210.

For additional awareness, on January 28, the Office of Management and Budget issued guidance (M-25-13) temporarily pausing certain agency grant, loan, and financial assistance programs. VA has determined that Loan Guaranty programs and operations will continue uninterrupted.
