We are aware that the error message: “You cannot have a second enrollment with a different objective and program during the same enrollment period. Please adjust the objective and program to match” is being incorrectly triggered. To address this, we are implementing an update on Saturday, October 12, and Enrollment Manager will be down from 9 a.m. ET to approximately 4 p.m. ET. Please hold the certification where the error message is given until after the fix is implemented.
At San Diego State University and St. Philip’s College Roadshows last month, many of you raised questions about errors you received when attempting to update Student ID sections. We are excited to share that this issue has been resolved with the latest deployment. All system updates will be documented on the Enrollment Manager System Updates page in the coming weeks.
