Dear School Certifying Official (SCO),
Today marks the one-year anniversary of Enrollment Manager (EM)! Exactly one year ago, EM launched, providing you with an improved system to certify your GI Bill® students’ enrollments. Your feedback for the system has driven EM's success since launch, and we cannot thank you enough for your hard work.
Special shout outs from one SCO to another
Many of you took the time to shout out a fellow SCO who you work with, connected with at EM workshops, and who continues to demonstrate customer service excellence when serving Post-9/11 GI Bill students. From serving as your team’s subject matter expert in EM to making sure your students have all the information they need to achieve their education goals, we acknowledge each and every one of you and welcome you to share this recognition with your network.
EM successes by the numbers
In just one year, over five million enrollment certifications have been submitted through EM by more than 17,500 SCOs, supporting the delivery of over $6.4 billion in Post-9/11 GI Bill benefits. Most importantly, your feedback contributed to multiple rounds of system updates throughout the year to keep EM running smoothly.

Hear what SCOs have to say about EM
While these metrics demonstrate the growth EM has seen in one year, here’s what fellow SCOs told Education Service about their experiences with EM and how it has made serving GI Bill students easier:
“The overall system is great. Being able to put in the student ID or put in their name, that’s a huge feature right there. It makes [editing an enrollment] a whole lot easier.” - Edward “Ed” Sivells, SCO at Tidewater Community College.
“Exploring [Enrollment Manager] features has been a positive experience, and I wanted to express my gratitude for implementing such a user-friendly platform. Thank you for your efforts in making this process smooth and efficient.” - Dennis Ian Bautista, SCO in the Philippines.
"The new [Enrollment Manager] system is much more streamlined, easier to use, and will certainly make our job easier on our end and our ability to allow our Veteran customers to use these benefits so much easier." - Tim Poole, SCO at GT Aviation.
