Dear School Certifying Official,

Earlier this semester, the updated versions of EM 100 and EM 101 became available on the SCO Portal to provide you with training resources that reflect the most recent version of Enrollment Manager. We are excited to inform you that EM 102 for all facility types is now available! As a reminder, completing the updated versions of the EM trainings will count towards your annual required training.

EM 102 is tailored to each facility type to best support you in completing actions specific to your GI Bill® students. Please review the EM 102 training information below that is specific to your institution:

Enrollment Manager 102: Institutions of Higher Learning and Non-College Degree programs

• Creating a Pre-set enrollment
• Editing a Pre-set enrollment
• Adding and submitting a new enrollment
• Amending an existing enrollment

Enrollment Manager 102: On-the-Job Trainings and Apprenticeships

• Adding and submitting a new enrollment
• Amending an existing enrollment
• Adding a Monthly Certification  
• Ending an enrollment

Enrollment Manager 102: Flight Schools

• Creating or editing Flight instructions
• Adding and submitting an enrollment
• Adding a Monthly Certification
• Ending an enrollment

You must complete EM 100 and EM 101 in order to begin EM 102. After you complete EM 102, be sure to take the final assessment to receive credit. Head to the SCO Training Portal to get started on your EM trainings today.
