Happy holidays to all On-the-Job Training and Apprenticeship (OJT/APP) School Certifying Officials (SCOs),
We are extending this invite to all OJT/APP certifying officials, even if you are currently using Enrollment Manager (EM), to address any questions or concerns you may have.
Some of you may have already received this invite as a certifying official who submits paper certifications. If so, please consider attending one of the two sessions below as the training is geared towards SCOs who are still submitting paper certifications who will need to transition to Enrollment Manager by January 1, 2024.
However, VA will continue to accept paper enrollments via mail or Ask VA (AVA) for the following programs/training types as they are not supported by EM:
- Correspondence training
- Beneficiaries using Veterans’ Educational Assistance Program (Chapter 32)
- Beneficiaries using Veteran Readiness and Employment (VR&E) (Chapter 31)
- Restricted foreign school locations
- Facilities permitted to teach-out existing students
- Students without a Social Security Number
Both sessions cover the exact same material. Please choose the session that best fits your schedule. You do not need to register for both.

Session 1: Tuesday, December 12, 2023, from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. ET
Session 2: Wednesday, December 13, 2023, from 1-2:30 p.m. ET
