Dear School Certifying Officials,
You asked, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) listened! We’re tracking your feedback around Enrollment Manager and have a prioritized list of updates and enhancements to incorporate.
On November 17, 2023, we implemented a timeout warning based on your feedback. Now, you will receive an inactivity warning message two minutes prior to your session expiring in Enrollment Manager. While it is VA IT security policy to automatically log out a system user after a period of inactivity, this warning message gives you the option to “stay logged in” and extend your session before being logged out.
If you are not seeing a warning message prior to being logged out of Enrollment Manager, please try clearing your browser cache and logging into the system again.

In Chrome: Click on three dots present at the top-right corner. Navigate to More Tools > Clear browsing data. Check the box next to Cached images and files, select the time range and click on “Clear data.”

In Edge: Click on the three dots icon present at the top-right. Go to Settings > Privacy, search & services. Scroll down to find “Choose what to clear” next to the “Clear browsing data now” option. Select Cached images and files, choose a time frame and finally click on “Clear now”.
