Life Changes. If your beneficiaries have changed too, let us know!  It’s important to ensure that your beneficiary information is accurate so that benefits are paid according to your wishes. It’s also a good practice to review them annually.

The easiest way to update your beneficiaries is by accessing your VGLI Online Account.  Already have a VGLI Online Account? Go to myvgli.prudential.com and sign into your account. Once on your account page, click the Beneficiary Information tab at the top of the page and begin updating your beneficiaries.

Don’t have an online account yet? In addition to updating your beneficiaries you can pay premiums, view coverage details, chat online with a customer service professional and more.  Simply go to myvgli.prudential.com and click on Create an Account to get started.

You can download this beneficiary form and attach a completed copy by email to osgli.osgli@prudential.com.
