VA is announcing Circular 26-23-12 which provides updates regarding VA’s COVID-19 Home Retention Waterfall and VA’s temporary home retention options—loan deferment and COVID-19 Refund Modification.

The revised COVID-19 Refund Modification Circular provides servicers with a step-by-step waterfall structure that include all three waterfall starting points.
