The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Loan Guaranty Service (LGY) published Circular 26-23-11 to notify lenders, servicers, Veterans and other external stakeholders that Regional Loan Center (RLC)-based Outlook mailboxes to Loan Production (LP) and Loan Administration (LA) personnel will be decommissioned. Customer service inquiries or program specific questions will be submitted to the two groups through a ServiceNow Portal. The link for the ServiceNow Portal, along with contact information for other areas of LGY, can be found here:  https://www.benefits.va.gov/HOMELOANS/contact.asp.

The ServiceNow web portal includes guidance on submitting questions, including which fields are required and which are optional. For questions or comments, please contact a VA home loan representative at 1-877-827-3702, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Eastern Standard time.
