Hello School Certifying Official,
You’ve been identified as a School Certifying Official (SCO) who hasn’t logged into Enrollment Manager yet. Don’t delay! We highly encourage you to log in this month, regardless of whether you have active or inactive enrollments.
Logging in now with your verified ID.me or Login.gov account, confirming your access and becoming familiar with the new system features will help you better support your students in their GI Bill® Journey when the time comes.
How to log in:
Step 1: Navigate to the VA Education Platform Portal at https://iam.education.va.gov/ and select SSOe.
Step 2: Sign in with your verified ID.me or Login.gov account email and password.
Step 3: You will be directed to the VA Education Platform Portal landing page, where you can log in to Enrollment Manager.
Please note: If you are SCO who had access to VA-ONCE, you will log into Enrollment Manager for the first time using your VA-ONCE credentials. If you are a new SCO, you will request first-time access to Enrollment Manager, and then wait to receive an approval or denial email.
Need additional help? Good news, the Customer Experience Group (CEG) has been extended until the end of April to provide one-on-one technical support to you and other SCOs who haven’t logged in to the new system. Please take advantage of the CEG being available and complete the login process. You can contact the CEG toll-free at 1-888-442-4551, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. ET if you need help along the way.
Get started on the login process by navigating to the VA Education Platform Portal at https://iam.education.va.gov/ and following the instructions in School Certifying Official Enrollment Manager User Guide to complete the process.
