We're excited to share a new tip with you this week as you continue to become familiar with Enrollment Manager. Each tip was designed to help you navigate Enrollment Manager and support your GI Bill® students with their varying needs. This week we’re providing more information on Billie, The GI Bill Chatbot.
Additional Information:
Billie, the GI Bill Chatbot is here to help you 24/7 and can be found in the bottom right corner of Enrollment Manager. You can start a conversation by typing in your question or selecting one of the recommended topics for more information. When you’re done chatting with Billie, be sure to fill out the survey to provide your feedback on ways to improve the chatbot. We’re constantly making updates to better meet your needs.
Did you know Billie can tell jokes? If you need a midday laugh, ask Billie "What jokes do you know?"Check out the Chatbot video on YouTube to learn more about finding the answers you need from Billie.
In addition to receiving support and information from Billie, please visit the resources linked below for step-by-step instructions on specific actions you can complete in Enrollment Manager:
Customer Experience Group available through April:
You can also contact the Customer Experience Group toll-free at 1-888-442-4551, Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern Time for one-on-one technical support throughout the month of April. If you’re located outside of the United States, please call 001-918-5678.
Updated guidance on draft enrollments:
We previously shared guidance on actions to take with draft enrollments. Please follow the new guidance below:
Currently, you cannot delete draft enrollments in Enrollment Manager. In the meantime, if you have drafted enrollments that will not be submitted, please leave them in the queue. Do not submit any enrollments with information you do not want processed as this can result in overpayments and students incurring debts. We will continue to update features in the system to improve the SCO experience.
We hope you learned something new from this week's tip. Have suggestions on helpful content you’d like to see? Let us know in the feedback form.
