We previously shared guidance on submitting paper certifications for your Veteran Rapid Retraining Assistance Program (VRRAP) students. Please use Quick Submit to submit March enrollments so that your GI Bill® students can receive their payments uninterrupted.
Please follow the steps below for submitting enrollments through Quick Submit:
Select “Sign in with ID.me” or “Sign in with Login.gov” to log in with your verified ID.me or Login.gov account. If you do not have an account, please follow the prompts to create one.
To register, select “VA Business Partner” and fill in the requested information.
Click the “Register” button once completed.
Once registered, upload documents by entering the Veteran information and attaching any necessary files. Note: Please leave the “Emergency Indicator” field blank. Quick Submit accepts up to 30 files for each Veteran's claim which can be in PDF, doc/docx, jpg/jpeg, tiff or png file formats. In the “Submission Information” section, please select “Education” for the “Organization” and “Benefit Claim Type” fields.
Please indicate “VRRAP” at the top of the VA Enrollment Certification form (VA Form 22-1999) before submitting the form through Quick Submit so that it is routed to the appropriate team.
Click the “Submit” buttonwhen all the information is entered and files are uploaded.
