Legacy SCOs that did not have an active account in VA-ONCE as of February 24, 2023, should not attempt to log in using the Legacy VA-ONCE credentials option. This includes SCOs that had not logged in to VA-ONCE since August 28, 2022. Instead, follow the instructions for requesting access in the User Guide.

When two schools have the exact same name, look up the schools one at a time by entering the facility code in the “Facility Code” field. The school should appear in the “Available” list and can be assigned with the “Assign” button. You can repeat this for each facility code.

Do not put in duplicate user requests to access the system.

In Enrollment Manager, you can view a student’s benefit level. This is the amount of benefits a student receives based on the length of their active-duty service. For example, if the Benefit Level is “50” this means the student is eligible for 50% of the full benefit.
