You have been identified as an individual who may have been partially provisioned in Enrollment Manager. If you have not made a second attempt, please try again to log in to the system to finish setting up your account.
1. Go to the VA Education Platform Portal at: https://iam.education.va.gov/
2. Select SSOe to sign in with your verified ID.me or Login.gov account.
3. Enter your email and password, choose your authentication method (text or phone) and input the code you receive.
4. Once you’ve been authenticated, you will be redirected to the VA Education Platform Landing Page where you will be able to request access to Enrollment Manager.
 How to access Enrollment Manager:
There are two ways to gain access to Enrollment Manager. Please follow the steps for the option that best aligns with your credentials:
- Option 1: If you have a legacy VA-ONCE account, select the “Legacy VA-ONCE" to access Enrollment Manager by utilizing your VA-ONCE credentials. Note: If your first and last name in VA-ONCE does not match your ID.me or Login.gov exactly, you may receive an error when attempting to log in with your legacy credentials.
- Option 2: If you do not have VA-ONCE credentials, select “Request Access.” Enter your first name, last name, email and select “School Certifying Official” as your role. Continue to follow the prompts to complete your access request

If you have successfully gained access or submitted a new Request Access, but are still having any issues with your role, please do not submit a new request. Instead, please contact our Customer Experience Group (CEG) at 1-888-442-4551. The CEG will be available throughout the month of March, Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. ET.
