We’re aware some terms tied to your extension facilities may not have transferred from VA-ONCE to Enrollment Manager. We’re working through data transfer activities to get these enrollments moved over. We apologize for any inconvenience and are taking action to rectify the situation.
If you have an amendment or termination at an extension facility, please hold on completing those actions until further notice. There is no need to create a duplicate new enrollment at this time, as we are transferring those enrollments soon. We will notify you when these historical records are transferred.
