We’re committed as ever to providing you support as you get acclimated in Enrollment Manager. That’s why we stood up a Customer Experience Group (CEG) for this month to:

Provide 1:1 support for technical questions
Share helpful resources with you
Track system updates

If you have any questions while using Enrollment Manager, please check out the Enrollment Manager User Guide or begin a conversation with Billie to find the information you need. These resources can provide step by step guidance for navigating Enrollment Manager.

For technical support, including issues logging into Enrollment Manager or using its new features, please contact the CEG toll-free at 1-888-442-4551. The CEG will be available throughout this month, Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. ET.
