Enrollment Manager Built for SCOs, by SCOs

Dear School Certifying Official,

Enrollment Manager opened today for School Certifying Officials, providing an improved way to certify and submit student enrollments. If you are unable to access the system due to restrictions with ID.me and Login.gov, you are required to submit student enrollment certifications through postal mail to the VA Regional Office in Buffalo, NY.

Please send your certifications to:
