*Note: If you have completed your Enrollment Manager (EM) trainings and passed the final assessment, please disregard this message. You may have previously received a “Training Incomplete” message in error. You do not need to follow up about this.
As we approach the Monday, March 6 opening date for EM, we wanted to share more information on how to navigate the SCO Training Portal to complete your trainings and pass the final assessment.
Based on your web settings, you may need to scroll down to the bottom of the Training Portal to find the final assessment. Please choose the final assessment based on your facility. See the screenshot below.
Note: If you have questions about determining your facility type, please go to WEAMS public. Search for your facility by selecting “All Types” for the “Program Type” and then go to the Programs tab.
Although these trainings do not count towards your annual training compliance requirements, we highly recommend completing them and passing the final assessment to have a smooth experience in EM.
If EM trainings are not completed by March 5, 2023, this may result in you being unable to perform the necessary activities in Enrollment Manager to submit enrollments, which puts GI Bill® student benefits payments at risk. Pass the final assessment in the SCO Training Portal today.
