We are excited to announce that Enrollment Manager will be available on Monday, March 6, 2023.
On March 6, you will receive an email with a link to the VA Education Platform Portal and Enrollment Manager. From there, you will be able to log in with your ID.me or Login.gov credentials and access the system through Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.
Last Day to Submit Enrollments in VA-ONCE
Before Enrollment Manager becomes available, VA-ONCE will sunset and the last time to submit enrollments in VA-ONCE will be on Friday, February 24, 2023, at 8 p.m. EST. We will not accept any enrollment certifications during the transition period. Data will automatically be transferred from VA-ONCE to Enrollment Manager during the transition period. You do not need to download any data from VA-ONCE, but should refer to the FAQs for any recommended activities before the transfer.
