Dear School Leaders,
On Monday, March 6, 2023, School Certifying Officials (SCOs) at your institution will have access to Enrollment Manager, a new system for SCOs to certify and submit GI Bill® student enrollments. For the next few weeks, SCOs will be preparing for the new system by completing trainings and attending webinars and in-person events, if possible.
They have been notified that the current system, VA-ONCE, will sunset on Friday, February 24, 2023, at 8 p.m. EST. Once the system sunsets, SCOs will not be able to certify enrollments until March 6. Please encourage SCOs to submit all in-progress enrollments by Friday, February 24, 2023, at 8 p.m. EST to prevent interruptions in GI Bill students receiving payments. We will not accept any enrollment certifications during the transition period.
For your awareness, here is a timeline of preparation activities for SCOs to complete leading up to Enrollment Manager becoming available:

For more information on Enrollment Manager, check out the Frequently Asked Questions webpage. Feel free to share this link with SCOs so they can learn more about accessing the system, key features and terminology.
Thank you for your hard work and attention in preparing your SCOs for the new system. We will continue to be in touch on this impactful rollout.
