We’ve learned that some students who verify enrollment by text received incorrect verification messages, or no verification message, on April 30. We will provide additional information soon, but wanted to share the message students have received for your awareness.

Hello,
If you are opted into text verification, you may not have received a text on April 30 or you may have received an email opt-in notice instead of the text you were expecting. You do not need to take any action to verify your enrollment at this time. VA will provide an update shortly.
This issue will not affect the timing of your housing and/or kicker payments. If you were enrolled and failed to verify in February and March, your payments have already been put on hold and you should verify enrollment through the ECC as soon as possible.
