Virtual Access Site is Now Open!
The Huntington Regional Office has teamed up with the State of West Virginia Department of Veterans Assistance (WVDVA) to launch a Virtual Access Site (VAS) at the WVDVA Charleston benefits office. The VAS provides Veterans and Claimants with a comfortable, private space equipped with internet access and the help and technology needed to meet virtually with Regional Office staff via a secure video connection.
If you have limited internet connectivity at home, don't feel comfortable setting up a virtual meeting by yourself, or simply don't want to take the trip to Huntington, you can drop in the WVDVA benefits office on Tuesdays and they'll set you up in a virtual meeting with a benefits counselor at the Huntington Regional Office.
We are just getting started! The WVDVA and the Huntington Regional Office hope to have Virtual Access Sites set up at all 15 WV benefits offices within a year, so wherever you live, you'll soon have access to this service.
