Greetings Veteran Readiness and Employment Program Participants,

As part of VR&E’s digital modernization initiative, we are transitioning to a fully digital intake platform to streamline service delivery. Effective March 1, 2021, VR&E will sunset the centralized fax line (844-923-1819) established in response to the initial outbreak of COVID-19.

For faster and more secure ways to send us your information, please use one of the two available communication options listed below for VR&E claimants:

Direct Upload

 Secure Electronic Transmission

Direct Upload can be used by any individual with access to a computer. You can use your VA PIV badge or ID.me credentials* to submit documents directly to VA.

Navigate to AccessVA and select Direct Upload under any user-type category.

*To set up an account for credentials, go to ID.me

For any access issues, please contact your local Regional Office.

Once your documents are received, they will be processed, transferred, uploaded, and made available digitally to your assigned Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor.
