Pittsburgh Regional Office Operating Status
Currently, the Pittsburgh Regional Office remains closed to the public. Veterans can continue to get information about benefits or file a claim for benefits by visiting our website at www.va.gov. Veterans with claims specific or other questions may request information via Inquiry Routing & Information System (IRIS) or telephone at 1-800-827-1000.
We are maintaining all other business operations. Monthly benefit payments will continue uninterrupted. For future updates, please check our website:

 Veterans have the option of scheduling virtual appointments with our Public Contact Team. Please contact PCU.VBAPIT@VA.GOV to schedule your virtual appointment.

Veterans may also request to speak to a Pittsburgh VA representative by contacting PA Serves by phone (1-855-838-7744) or self-referral. If you self-refer via the PA Serves website, please include #TalktoPittsburghVA in your message.
In cooperation with the Butler VA Medical Center, a representative from the Pittsburgh VBA Regional Office will be available to meet with Veterans and claimants via Telebenefits on select Fridays.
