The purpose of this communication is to announce that Circular 26-19-12 has been published.

Circular 26-19-12: Requesting Appraisals without the Certificate of Eligibility (COE) Determination.

The purpose of this Circular is to announce the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) no longer will allow appraisals to be requested through WebLGY prior to ordering a COE.
