It’s the spring home buying season!

Looking to purchase a new home during the spring home buying season? We have you covered! VA’s housing programs can help eligible Veterans and their families buy and refinance their home. We also offer grants to some service-connected Veterans to adapt their home for independent living and provide direct loans to some Native American Veterans.

This year marks the 75th anniversary of the GI Bill which created the VA home loan program. Since 1944, nearly 24 million Veterans and family members have purchased a home using a VA-backed loan.
