The purpose of this communication is to announce that Circular 26-19-5, Change 1, has been published.

Circular 26-19-5, Change 1: VA-Guaranteed Cash-Out Refinancing Home Loans (AQ42),

The purpose of this Circular is to make a change to page 4, section d. Loan Seasoning, (3), of Circular 26-19-5.

Regarding the Circular, please note the policies stated represent VA’s current position concerning cash-out loans and clarifications needed for the industry to implement AQ42.
