Federal Government Contracting In A Global Environment Small Business Training
Can a federal government contractor operate outside of the United States? YES! This training will cover the requirements for federal government contractors when working internationally. The webinar will explain the laws and regulations that define how a government contractor may operate internationally from outsourcing, to hiring non-U.S. persons, exporting, non-U.S. owners and investors, sanctions and considerations for contractors working with DoD, with intel agencies or who hold a clearance.
