On January 17, 2023, approximately 90 ORMDI team members tuned in to the Mentoring Program's "Let's Celebrate You" event. Harvey Johnson and Gina Grosso were our guest speakers. They displayed what it looks and sounds like to be strong servant leaders and shared personal stories how mentoring has had a positive effect on their lives and careers.
Our leadership board is excited to continue working to refine our program, making it more visible, vibrant, and accessible during FY23. We will share updates with you along the way.

We celebrate and advocate for mentoring every day of every month, but January is officially National Mentoring Month. In honor of National Mentoring Month 2023, Forbes released an article exploring the value of mentoring in the modern-day workplace, specifically in virtual and remote environments. President Biden offered his support to mentors and mentees when he issued a National Mentoring Month proclamation. Select this link to check it out.
