Thomas Farese of Delray Beach, Florida; Pat Truglia of Parkland, Florida; Domenic J. Gatto Jr. of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida; and Nicholas Defonte and Christopher Cirri, both of Toms River, New Jersey, have been charged for their roles in durable medical equipment and genetic cancer screening kickback fraud schemes. Brian Herbstman of Jackson, New Jersey, pleaded guilty to conspiring to commit health care fraud and violating the Anti-Kickback Statute and Sean Hogan of Old Bridge, New Jersey, pleaded guilty to conspiring to engage in money laundering.
