CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS Veterans Health Administration Investigations Two Former Little Rock, Arkansas, VA Medical Center Employees Sentenced After Pleading Guilty to Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to Distribute Oxycodone The first defendant was sentenced to 30 months’ incarceration, three years’ supervised release, and was ordered to pay restitution of $22,000. The second defendant was sentenced to 48 months’ incarceration, three years’ supervised release, and was ordered to pay restitution of $77,722. An Office of Inspector General (OIG) investigation revealed that both defendants were involved in drug diversion from the medical center.
