We appreciate your continued partnership in delivering burial benefits to our Nation’s Veterans and their family members.
On Tuesday, September 17, 2019, the National Cemetery Scheduling Office (NCSO) will begin conversion to the Memorial Benefits Management System (MBMS) to establish and schedule cases.
While we are committed to making the transition seamless to you, there may be times when a call may take slightly longer than normal, as our schedulers become familiar with the new system.
We want to thank you in advance for your patience as we transition all Schedulers to MBMS over the next few months. In the long-run, MBMS will move the National Cemetery Administration toward using more modern technology and provide greater flexibility, as we grow to meet the needs of all our customers.
