NCA Burial Scheduling System Maintenance June 2-3, 2018

Saturday, June 2, 2018, 12:00 PM EST through Sunday, June 3, 2018,12:00 PM EST, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) National Cemetery Scheduling Office (NCSO) Burial Operations Support System will be undergoing planned system upgrades. We are making these upgrades to improve the security profile and add new, faster servers that will help us serve you better.

During the system upgrades we will have limited capabilities and the NCSO staff will:

Complete paper applications and accept faxed documents, e.g. military information
Contact you when the system access is restored to complete the scheduling process
Send you an email confirmation of the scheduled interment, if an email address has been provided

The NCSO can be reached at 1-800-535-1117.

The Scheduling Office is open from 7:00 am to 6:30 pm CST, Monday through Sunday, excluding Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

We apologize for any inconvenience to you and the families you serve in scheduling burials at VA national cemeteries.
