VA CLAIMS BACKLOG DROPS BELOW 70K

VA benefits claims backlog has dropped to below 70K,  a milestone not seen since 2020. To put the progress into perspective, 70% of claims were over 125 days old and considered backlogged in 2013, compared to just 11.6% today.

As we celebrate our nation's 250th anniversary, VA Secretary Collins reminds us it is the Veterans' service and sacrifice that continue to protect "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness", unalienable rights promised in the Declaration of Independence. "When these heroes come home, the VA will be there to take care of them," remarks Collins.
