Warrior Health and Fitness is a free, 90-day program designed to improve health and wellbeing through supervised physical exercise, provide education about healthy eating, living, stress management and the health benefits of physical activity.

Be Connected Services & Support
Join the 8,000+ Arizona service members, Veterans and their family members who have taken the Arizona Veteran Survey. Conducted every two years, the survey gathers important information from Arizona's military and Veteran population with a goal of improving care and support for all who serve. The survey is confidential and takes 10-15 minutes.

Be Connected Transportation
Did you know that Arizona's Be Connected program can help with transportation? Assistance for those eligible can include rides to the VA and other medical appointments when existing transportation services are not available, fuel cards, and, in some cases, car repair. Connection Coaching
Did you know that most Americans feel lonely? Our Coaching into Connection program focuses on the individual interests of veterans and family members to help build connection. This can include things like recreational activities, clubs, support groups, classes, social activities and more. Our veteran coaches are here to walk alongside participants to find the right fit for them.
