As you may know, coronavirus disease, known as COVID-19, has recently been occurring at high rates in your county. As a VA patient, we invite you to engage with Annie.
Annie is VA’s automated text messaging app that sends you health information and reminders, including information on COVID-19 awareness. Any cellphone with texting capabilities can receive Annie messages.
Annie’s “Coronavirus (COVID-19) Precautions” messages can help you monitor for symptoms and can advise you when to contact your VA care team or a nurse triage line. The messages also provide general wellness tips and steps you can take to protect yourself.
