Bronx VA Receives National Recognition for Patient Experience

The Department of Veterans Affairs recently singled out Bronx VA as the Most Improved Primary Care Experience above 170 VA sites of care. 

The award, based on 3 surveys, was announced during a national virtual VA Patient Experience Awards event which took the place of the annual VA Patient Experience Symposium, organized by the Veterans Experience Office. 

As of July 2020, 91.1% of Bronx, NY Veteran customers "agree" or "strongly agree" that they trust the VA for health care needs.​
