Alexandria, Virginia — In honor Women’s History Month, the Foxfire Grill has selected the Women’s Memorial for the 2nd consecutive year as its Charity of the Month for Women’s History Month! In addition to featuring the Memorial, the Foxfire will donate to the Memorial Foundation 20% of its sales for the evening of Saturday, March 4, from 4:00pm to closing! Biloxi, Mississippi — The NVGAG is the premier senior adaptive rehabilitation program in the United States, and the only national multi-event sports and recreational seniors’ competition program designed to improve the quality of life for all older Veterans, including those with a wide range of abilities and disabilities. The VA Challenges and encourages senior Veterans to be proactive in embracing a healthier lifestyle. The games are open to Veterans, ages 55 or older, who receive health care from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Sipprelle, three women confront the challenges of readjusting to civilian life after their post-9/11 military service. Washington, District of Columbia — ASAP’s Veterans Improv Class is one of the only free improvisational comedy classes for veterans and military families in the country. The eight-week, intro-level course develops students improvskills through a variety of games and exercises. The class culminates with a improv graduation show for friends and family. This fantastic class is led by professional improvisor and Air Force Veteran, Shawn Westfall.

The seven-week course develops the comedy writing and performing skills of participants through hands-on instruction and group feedback. The class culminates with a graduation show at a local comedy club, with each participant delivering a five minute set to a public audience. Comedy Bootcamp is taught by professional comedians and alumni of prior courses.
