support and employment services.
VA volunteers help Veterans dress for success with suit giveaway
“This wasn’t just a suit give away, but an opportunity to change a
Veteran’s life. When you look good, you feel good, and when you feel
good anything is possible.”
Carmen was the first Puerto Rican woman to join the Women’s Army
Corps, where she served as interpreter. She spoke five languages:
English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and French.
