State Associations and TTB: Partnering for Compliance
We are committed to facilitating voluntary compliance through education and outreach. While we often connect with industry members at national conferences and other large events, we also work with state‑level associations to bring federal alcohol beverage compliance information directly to businesses in your state.
We offer a variety of outreach and educational resources that can help educate industry members on federal requirements. Whether you’re looking for commodity‑specific materials to share or a guest speaker for a webinar or other virtual event, we’re happy to explore partnership opportunities on frequently requested topics such as:
- General federal laws and TTB requirements
- How to get and maintain TTB permits or Brewer's Notices
- Federal excise tax requirements
- Labeling and formula approval
- Low and no alcohol beverage products
- Importing and exporting alcohol beverage products
If your association is interested in partnering with us—or simply wants to learn more about available compliance resources—please don’t hesitate to reach out. We look forward to connecting with you and supporting the industry members you serve.
