TTB Accepts Offers in Compromise
 We have accepted offers in compromise from Buffalo Cartridge Company, Inc. for failing to file excise tax returns and pay tax, and Bozeman Spirits, LLC for failing to file excise tax returns, pay excise tax, file monthly production, storage, and processing reports, maintain proper inventory records, and maintain sufficient bond coverage.
