ACTION: Committee management; notice of open Federal advisory committee meeting
SUMMARY: The Commercial Customs Operations Advisory Committee (COAC) will hold its quarterly meeting on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, in Long Beach, CA. The meeting will be open for the public to attend in person or via webinar. The in-person capacity is limited to 50 persons for public attendees.
DATES: The COAC will meet on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific daylight time (PDT). Please note that the meeting may close early if the committee has completed its business. Registration to attend in-person and comments must be submitted no later than June 21, 2024.

SUMMARY: The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of the final phase of antidumping and countervailing duty investigation Nos. 701–TA–703 and 731–TA–1661–1663 (Final) pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (‘‘the Act’’) to determine whether an industry in the United States is materially injured or threatened with material injury, or the establishment of an industry in the United States is materially retarded, by reason of imports of glass wine bottles from Chile, China, and Mexico, provided for in subheading 7010.90.50 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, preliminarily determined by the Department of Commerce (‘‘Commerce’’) to be subsidized by the Government of China.
