TTBOnline.gov: Upcoming System Maintenance March 13-14

TTBOnline.gov access will be unavailable:

Outage begins: Wednesday, March 13 @ 8 p.m. ET

Outage ends: Thursday, March 14 @ 12:30 a.m. ET

During this maintenance window TTBOnline.gov (includes COLAs Online, COLA Public Registry, Formulas Online, and Permits Online) and my.ttb.gov (Foreign Producer, CBMA Claims Modules and Export Certificates Modules)) users will not be able to access these custom applications. Users will receive errors if they attempt to connect. Please exit the custom applications ahead of the maintenance window to avoid any loss of work.

We appreciate your patience as we work to make improvements to our systems.

Please note: This maintenance does not affect the TTB.gov main website.

Update your subscriptions, modify your password or email address, or stop subscriptions at any time on your Subscriber Preferences Page. You will need to use your email address to log in. If you have questions or problems with the subscription service, please visit subscriberhelp.govdelivery.com.
