Proposed Information Collections: Time to Comment
As required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, we are requesting comments on 20 existing information collections (forms, and recordkeeping and labeling requirements). We will include any submitted comments in our request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for possible reapproval of the described information collections. As such, all comments are part of the public record. To comment electronically, use the comment form posted with this notice in Docket No. TTB–2023–0005 on the Regulations.gov website. We have accepted an offer in compromise from RWC Group LLC for allegedly failing to timely file and pay federal excise tax.

ACTION: Committee management; Notice of Open Federal advisory committee meeting
SUMMARY: The Commercial Customs Operations Advisory Committee (COAC) will hold its quarterly meeting on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, in Washington, DC. The meeting will be open for the public to attend in person or via webinar. The in-person capacity is limited to 75 persons for public attendees.
DATES: The COAC will meet on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. Please note that the meeting may close early if the committee has completed its business. Registration to attend and comments must be submitted no later than December 8, 2023.
