TTB Annual Satisfaction Survey Closing Soon
The 2023 TTB Customer Satisfaction Survey is closing soon and we still want to hear from you. Please be sure to help shape TTB's services by participating in our 2023 Customer Satisfaction Survey before it closes on September 9. Invitations for the survey (hosted on SurveyMonkey) were sent via email at the end of July. If you received an invitation, please tell us about your experiences with TTB so we can make improvements that matter to you.
The survey should take less than 10 minutes, participation is voluntary, and your responses will remain anonymous.

Labor Day Observance
 Labor Day is observed annually on the first Monday in September to recognize the many contributions workers have made to America’s strength, prosperity, and well-being. TTB joins the White House in observing Labor Day.
In recognition of Labor Day, TTB offices will be closed on Monday, September 4, 2023.

ACTION: Proposed rule; extension of comment period
SUMMARY: The Food and Drug Administration (FDA or the Agency) is extending the comment period for the proposed rule entitled ‘‘Requirements for Tobacco Product Manufacturing Practice’’ published in the Federal Register of March 10, 2023, by 30 days. The Agency is taking this action in response to a request for an extension to allow interested persons additional time to submit comments.
DATES: FDA is extending the comment period on the proposed rule published March 10, 2023 (88 FR 15174), by 30 days. Either electronic or written comments must be submitted by October 6, 2023.
