TTB Extends Comment Period for Proposed Crystal Springs of Napa Valley Viticultural Area
We are extending for an additional 60 days the comment period for Notice No. 221, Proposed Establishment of the Crystal Springs of Napa Valley Viticultural Area. Therefore, comments on Notice No. 221 are now due on or before June 30, 2023. The comment period extension notice is available for public viewing today on the Federal Register’s public inspection page, and the extension notice will publish in the Federal Register on Tuesday, May 2. We are taking this action in response to a request to extend the comment period from a wine industry trade association.
