Problem with Inbound Messages to TTB Identified and Corrected
This is to notify you that earlier this week, we discovered that some inbound email messages to TTB.gov addresses (e.g., employee.name @ TTB.gov) were not being delivered to the intended recipients. The dates of the affected emails are January 31 through February 2, 2023. The problem derives from an issue with our SPAM filters that monitor inbound messages.
We have addressed the underlying cause of the problem and instituted procedures to prevent a recurrence of this issue. No action is needed on your part; however, if you believe an email you sent to TTB may not have been received, please feel free to message us again to ensure that we have received your email. We apologize for the delay and the inconvenience.
