Proposed Information Collections: Time to Comment
As required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, we recently published a notice requesting public comments on 10 existing TTB information collections (forms, recordkeeping requirements, and labeling requirements). Among the 10 collections described in that notice are:
- OMB No. 1513–0057, Letterhead Applications and Notices Relating to Wine (TTB REC 5120/2).
- OMB No. 1513–0087, Labeling and Advertising Requirements Under the Federal Alcohol Administration Act.
- OMB No. 1513–0093, Applications for Extension of Time for Payment of Tax; Applications for Installment Agreement (TTB F 5600.31 and TTB F 5600.38).
- OMB No. 1513–0104, Information Collected to Support Transfer of Wine Tax Credits (TTB REC 5120/11).
- OMB No. 1513–0114, Beer for Exportation (TTB F 5130.12).
- OMB No. 1513–0116, Bond for Drawback Under 26 U.S.C. 5111 (TTB F 5154.3).
